NEED TO EXERCISE? TRY ZUMBA!!


1. WHAT IS ZUMBA?
A fitness program that combines Latin and International music with dance moves. Its routines include training, alternating fast and slow rhythms. 
What a great way to get effective exercise!

2. WHAT CAN I GET OUT OF IT?
Fun, fitness and health benefits. Anyone can do Zumba, and it brings people together.
How funny this fitness is! You´ll enjoy working out dancing.

3. DO I NEED ANY SPECIAL CLOTHES?
No, just comfortable clothes and traditional trainers.

4. COULD I HURT MYSELF?
Dancing doens´t hurt anybody! Just make sure you warm up always before starting your Zumba class.

5. HOW DO I SIGN UP?
 Come along to our Zumba Center in Motril for a free introductory session, Monday to Friday from 10 am to 11am.
What good dancers there are!
